Our clients can avail from us a wide range of Variable P.C.D. Multi Spindle Drilling Heads that is manufactured using state-of-the-art technology and latest machinery. These machines are used that is used to drill in various P.C.D named as variable pitch circle diameter (PCD), PCD from 60 mm to 500 mm (20") and drill size maximum to 40mm (1 1/2"). These machines are used in components like flanges, Brake drums, motor end covers, Valve bodies and disc brakes. Like the VMC, this machine has head fixed in vertical column that has up and down Z-axis movement through LM guide ways with Ball Screws with single spindle.

Operation:

• The slide is fixed in the base for X-axis movement
• Hydraulic Indexing Table is mounted in the slide
• The slide movement towards and away from the column generates X-axis
• With the Digital Read out (DRO), the PCD can be varied as required
